INFRASTRUCTURE

At Vega Aviation Products we have adapted this thinking to the hilt. VAPPL uses high end modeling software like Power shape, Ps Mold Maker, Ps Renderer for design of moulds and patterns which will be ultimately come out accurate, Complex moulded products.
At VAPPL ll the complex moulds are machine on a HASS S axis vertical machining centre. A CNL laser cutting machine, turning centre using viz. pelican and other conventional tool room and churns out. Precise moulds every time no matter how complicated or complex these components are.
These facilities help VAPPL to deliver the right product every time and garner 100% customer satisfaction and value for money. There are examples glore where components made out of metal, wood etc., have been successfully replaced by composite material offering a technologically superior and cost effective replacement. All of this is a setup in a 1.20 lac sq.ft state of art building which houses skilled and highly motivated work force.
A very expensive customer base and brand following has elevated the Vega Group to one of the top 3 helmet manufacturer in the country.
Vega group also exports its products to the European countries, USA, United Arab Emirates etc. Recently VAPPL has ventured into the field of Design manufacture of containerized Toilet blocks which stand alone, High end and care world class these are being supplied to various Tourism development corporations.

We have established process right from the good old hand molding to vacuum assisted molding, high pressure compression molding of materials from glass fiber, Carbon fiber, Kevlar and Aramide.
